The children's film festival TIFF Junior was established in 2013 and had 5700 admissons in its first year. TIFF Junior presents high quality films for children between the ages of 2 and 15. Children also take part in organizing the festival.

Film program
TIFF Junior presents international quality films for children, both live action and animation, shorts and feature films.
Who is it for?
The main target audience is children from 3 to 13, but the festival program also has titles forat younger and older children.
Activities
In addition to the film program the festival has film related activities and workshops for kids.

At TIFF Junior children are a part of organizing the festival and programming the films, as well as being in the festival jury.
