Find information about where you can get help with tickets, the program and much more.
Tickets can be purchased online via tiff.no or ticketco.no. You can buy single tickets or Ticket Cards (3, 12 or 22 clips, which can be shared).
Here you will find a detailed step-by-step guide on how to use your Ticket Card.
Purchased tickets, including Ticket Cards and accreditation, are non-refundable.
We recommend buying tickets well in advance to secure a seat. All screenings start on time, and if you arrive late, your ticket may be resold as a Rush Ticket.
We sell physical Clip Cards 3 (three films) at the kiosk at Aurora Kino Fokus. Please keep the code that comes with the card safe, as it is required when purchasing tickets. Unfortunately, lost codes cannot be traced in our systems.
You can also buy clip cards online and pick up free gift wrapping at the kiosk at Aurora Kino Fokus.
During TIFF, we have a dedicated Info Lounge at Kulturhuset (10–25 January), located in the foyer.
Here you can find information about TIFF, get assistance with ticket purchases on your own device, or purchase tickets, and buy merchandise and the official festival catalogue.
