Arctic Discovery is a project market, bringing together top producers and directors from Nordic and Arctic regions, together with international acquisition, finance, distribution, and development executives.
Arctic Discovery evolves from Fiction Norway, first launched in 2020. The market takes place during the framework of Tromsø International Film Festival, January 2027, and give filmmakers a unique opportunity to meet high level international financiers.
Feature film projects in development will be presented by lead creatives, with rights available and a financing partner attached.
Previous participants have included executives from Netflix, HBO, Searchlight Pictures, Plan B Entertainment, CAA Media Finance, NEON, FilmNation, Participant Media, Protagonist Pictures, Charades, Black Bear International, Endeavor Content, IFC Films, Lionsgate, AMC Networks, Hulu, XYZ Films, Village Roadshow Pictures, Zero Gravity Management, Untitled Entertainment, Wild Bunch International, and other leading international companies.
