Kabelvåg x TIFF
The Nordland School of Film and Art (Filmkunstskolen i Kabelvåg) presents a program of short films made by former students.
A young gaze cannot be defined. It tingles and crawls.
It mutates the moment we try to capture it.
It is restless, exploratory, and refuses to settle into a fixed form.
It is filled with anger over the state of things and a yearning for community.
It is always on the threshold of something new.
This Kabelvåg shorts program is curated by former students Johanna Nyström and Iggy Augunset, and current student Albert Reith. The program was created in connection with Tromsø being the European Youth Capital in 2026.
