Resurface

A lot changed after I lived through the attack on Utøya, but nature was the same as ever. This is a personal story about how being outdoors and cruising through landscapes with my skateboard helps me heal. 

Resurface is the first short doc in the miniseries Outbound, where people with different backgrounds tell their own stories about how they use nature to cope with everyday life.
