A group of neighbours, each focused on their own goals, must learn to communicate and consider one another. But when small, everyday actions trigger unexpected consequences, they are forced into interactions that challenge their independence.
Jenny Jokela (b. 1990) is a Finnish animation director and artist based in Edinburgh. She graduated from the Royal College of Art in London and is known for her hand-painted, visually expressive short films. Her film Barbeque won the Annecy Award for Best Graduation Film, and her work has been screened at numerous international festivals.
