Are you able to stand by your choices when you know someone is watching? No One Reads Anymore is a Northern Norwegian short film about mental health and what it really means to help someone who is having a hard time. The storytelling and cinematic style is simple and effective, providing a balanced take on a crucial moment and complex issue.
Jenny Speight is a 22 year old first-time filmmaker, originally from Lillehammer. She has a background in acting and musical theatre, and is currently in her first year of a bachelor degree in screenwriting, at Kristiania college in Oslo. Before moving to Oslo, she lived in Tromsø, where she made this film.
