Samtaler om Nord: Hva vil det si å leve bærekraftig?

Samtaler om Nord: What does it mean to live sustainably?

In the film Woolly (Sau), sheep farmer Rakel insists that small-scale, organic farming is the future and moves back to the farm to prove it. In Practice (Å øve), the main character has stopped flying and must hitchhike for days to travel from Northern Norway to the capital. Is this living sustainably, and is this where we all should be heading?

On the panel:
Rebekka Nystabakk, filmmaker
Anniken Førde, professor in planning and culture, UiT The Arctic University of Norway
Mats Hegg Jacobsen, CEO Tromsø Region IPR

The conversation is led by Ragnhild Dalheim Eriksen, Head of Sustainability at Sparebanken Nord-Norge.

The event will also be streamed on
