1. Choose a film and screening time
Find all the films in the program at Tiff.no or via our ticket provider, TicketCo.
2. Select the correct ticket card category on the right under «Available items».
- We distinguish between Early Bird Ticket Cards and Regular Ticket Cards.
- Got a gift card or purchased an offer via iTromsø, Bonord, Kulturrabatt, Coop or SpareBank1 Nord-Norge? → Select Ticket – Ticket Card 3.
❌ Leave the promo code field empty during the whole purchase. Your Ticket Card code will be entered later.
3. Click «Place your order»
The button is located at the bottom, below the ticket categories.
4. Proceed to the Order summary and click «Please continue».
5. Enter your contact details
Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provide, and if you would like, you can also enter your phone number to receive them here as well.
Click «Please continue».
6. Enter your Ticket Card code
- Insert your Ticket Card code (6 letters) in «Click card ID».
- You find the code under «Reference code» (Referansekode) in the email you received when you purchased your Ticket Card.
- If booking multiple tickets at the same time, the code must be entered in each «Click Card ID» field.
- Click the blue button «Bekreft klippekort» (Apply clip card) after entering the code.

6. Complete your purchase
- Click «Pay».
- You can also add the order to your cart to purchase tickets for multiple films at the same time. The Ticket Card code must be entered in all «Click Card ID» fields. Tickets are only held in the cart for a limited time.
7. Receive your tickets
Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided.
